How it works

    Step 1: Discovery Profile

    Once you secure your spot with a deposit, you’ll complete a short but powerful profile. This gives us a clear picture of your church’s story, context, and challenges. That way, we evaluate with your unique vision in mind rather than in a vacuum.

    Together, we’ll select the Sunday that makes the most sense for your church. On that day, our team, led by Sheldon Andrus, will attend your service, experiencing everything a guest would from the parking lot to the altar call. You’ll keep leading as normal while we capture every angle.

    Within 7 days, you’ll receive a comprehensive Sunday 360 Report. This is not a generic checklist. It is a detailed analysis of what we observed, complete with your Sunday Health Score, key insights, and prioritized recommendations.
