Cohorts

Multiplication happens when you’re running with leaders chasing the same thing.

A Soul x Science Cohort is a 12-week virtual intensive for ministry leaders who are ready to multiply their impact. This isn’t another inspirational webinar or leadership pep talk. It’s a fast-paced, deep-dive coaching environment crammed with practical tools, proven systems, and real-time problem-solving.

You’ll learn directly from leaders who have built thriving churches, while collaborating with a community of peers who know the weight of ministry. The result? Clarity for your calling, systems you can implement immediately, and relationships that will strengthen your ministry for years to come.

Cohort members also get full access to all resources in Level 1.

What is a Soul x Science Cohort?

Three individuals seated on a panel or stage, engaging in a discussion or interview, with a woman holding a microphone speaking, a man wearing a white cap, and another woman with glasses, against a background of glass block walls.

How do cohorts work?

  • Weekly Coaching Session

Each week for 12 weeks, you’ll dive into 90 minutes of focused coaching and live Q&A. Sessions are practical, strategic, and laser-focused on the issues that keep pastors and ministry leaders up at night. No fluff—just frameworks, tools, and wisdom you can put to work immediately.

  • Tools & Templates

You’ll walk away from every week with plug-and-play resources: org charts, guest follow-up workflows, preaching calendars, SOPs, volunteer systems, and more. These aren’t theories—they’re the same proven tools we use in growing churches.

  • Community That Multiplies

This isn’t just about the 12 weeks. You’ll build relationships with like-minded leaders from across the country who understand the pressures of ministry. The connections, collaborations, and friendships you form here will yield dividends for years to come.

  • Icon of three people connected in a circle, representing teamwork or collaboration.

    Ongoing Support

Between sessions, you’ll stay connected through a private Slack group. It’s a space to celebrate wins, share challenges, and keep sharpening one another long after the coaching call ends.

  • A blue icon of a web browser window with a play button inside, representing video or media playback.

    Replay Access

Life in ministry is unpredictable—we get it. Every session is recorded, so you can catch up, review your hot seat, or share key insights with your staff.

FAQs

How are cohorts billed?
Cohorts are billed monthly. Payments are due at the start of each month, and failure to pay may result in being unenrolled from your cohort.

Are cohort fees refundable?
All cohort fees are non-refundable. Your commitment reserves your spot and helps us maintain a consistent group experience.

When do cohorts meet?
Cohorts meet weekly on the same day and time, barring holidays. You’ll receive a full schedule before your cohort begins so you can plan accordingly.

What if I can’t make a session?
All sessions are designed for live participation. When possible, replays or key notes may be provided, but your growth is maximized by being in the room each week.

Are cohorts confidential?
Yes. Cohorts are a confidential environment. What is shared in the group stays in the group to protect trust and authenticity.

How long is each session
Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes, depending on the cohort’s format and discussion.

How many people are in each cohort?
Group size is intentionally limited to foster honest conversation, practical coaching, and genuine community. Most cohorts include 10–20 leaders.

Who leads the cohorts?
Each cohort is led by a Soul x Science facilitator—often Dr. R.A. Vernon, Dr. Victory Vernon, or a certified Soul x Science Network coach—depending on the topic.

Can my spouse or another leader join me?
Cohorts are designed for individuals. However, some cohorts (like the Marriage Masterclass) specifically include both spouses. For other cohorts, each participant will need their own registration.

What happens if I fall behind?
The cohort pace is designed to be fast-moving. We strongly encourage prioritizing your participation. If you miss multiple sessions, you may not get the full value of the experience.

Can I switch to another cohort after enrolling?
Cohorts are curated communities, so transfers are limited. Reach out to our team before your cohort begins to explore options.

What do I need to participate?
A reliable internet connection, Zoom access (or our designated platform), and a posture of openness to grow. Resources and tools will be provided digitally.
