we equip pastors with the wisdom and systems to build healthy, lasting churches.

Dear Pastor & Leader,

For over 30 years I’ve had the privilege of building The Word Church in Cleveland. We’ve seen thousands come to Christ, launched campuses, trained leaders, and navigated every high and low of ministry. But let me be honest—none of that came easy.

I know the weight you carry. Sermons on Sunday, budgets on Monday, counseling on Tuesday—it feels like you’re doing five jobs at once. And truth is, you are. Most of us have the soul part down—preaching, prayer, loving people—but neglect the science: systems, strategy, structure. Miss either one, and your vision stalls.

That’s why I started the Soul & Science Network. After decades of mistakes and miracles, I want to hand pastors and leaders like you the tools to multiply—not just survive. This isn’t theory; it’s what I’ve lived. And I’m convinced: when you put the soul and the science together, multiplication is inevitable.

If you’re ready to lead with less stress, more clarity, and greater results—I’d be honored to walk with you.

Much love,

You are one idea, one system, away from a breakthrough.”
