Hi. I’m PARRISH.

I’ve spent my life at the intersection of faith, leadership, and personal expression. From playing Division I basketball and signing a professional contract overseas, I learned early that true success comes from elevating the team, not chasing personal glory.

That same conviction shapes the way I lead today. As Executive Pastor of Ministries at The Word Church, I coach leaders and teams to grow, thrive, and build meaningful community.

My background spans from pastoring multi-site campuses to shaping organizational culture and developing leaders at every level. Beyond ministry, I also serve as a stylist and image consultant, helping people step confidently into their calling both inside and out. Coaching is where these worlds meet—I help pastors and leaders align vision with systems, strengthen their teams, and lead with clarity, authenticity, and impact.

How it works

  • Step 1: Book a call

    It all starts with a simple conversation. You’ll schedule a free introduction call where we’ll talk through your current reality, your goals, and whether coaching with me is the right fit for your season of leadership.

  • Step 2: Clarify

    In our first session, I’ll help you identify your biggest opportunities and pressure points. Together, we’ll get clear on where you are right now and where you want to go.

  • Step 3: Coach

    From there, we’ll meet 1-on-1 for personalized coaching sessions. I don’t use canned content or cookie-cutter strategies—everything we cover will be practical, honest, and tailored to your reality.

  • Step 4: Implement

    After every call, I’ll create resources based on your needs: drafting SOPs, building meeting agendas, designing org charts, developing marketing plans, mapping budgets, or preparing system presentations. And between sessions, you’ll have direct access to me through voice notes, text, and email. Think of me as your Swiss Army knife—the versatile tool you can use to grow your church with clarity and confidence.
