Hi. I’m sheldon.

I know the weight you carry, because I’ve carried it too. Leading a church isn’t just about preaching on Sundays—it’s launching campuses, managing million-dollar budgets, building teams, and trying to keep yourself healthy in the middle of it all.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve helped lead a multi-site church through explosive growth, launched 8 campuses, and overseen systems that served tens of thousands of people every weekend. I’ve also spent years in higher education marketing, earned both a bachelor’s and master’s in communications from Ohio University, and even built a restaurant group from a single food truck to multiple locations.

Through all of it, I’ve learned this: clarity, systems, and soul care are what sustain leaders. That’s why I coach pastors and church leaders today—to help you find breathing room, sharpen your leadership, and build the kind of church you were called to lead.

How it works

  • Step 1: Book a call

    It all starts with a simple conversation. You’ll schedule a free introduction call where we’ll talk through your current reality, your goals, and whether coaching with me is the right fit for your season of leadership.

  • Step 2: Clarify

    In our first session, I’ll help you identify your biggest opportunities and pressure points. Together, we’ll get clear on where you are right now and where you want to go.

  • Step 3: Coach

    From there, we’ll meet 1-on-1 for personalized coaching sessions. I don’t use canned content or cookie-cutter strategies—everything we cover will be practical, honest, and tailored to your reality.

  • Step 4: Implement

    After every call, I’ll create resources based on your needs: drafting SOPs, building meeting agendas, designing org charts, developing marketing plans, mapping budgets, or preparing system presentations. And between sessions, you’ll have direct access to me through voice notes, text, and email. Think of me as your Swiss Army knife—the versatile tool you can use to grow your church with clarity and confidence.
